Homemade Quinoa Tabouleh 1 cup of organic quinoa. 3 large bunches of parsley a fistful of cherry tomatoes half a large red onion. lime or lemon juice to taste. healthy dose of extra virgin olive oil pinch of salt and pepper. chop parsley, onion and tomatoes and throw into bowl. Cook quinoa with some chicken stock, and then throw into bowl as well. Chuck in some olive oil, lime juice and season. Bam! You're done. Enjoy on its own or as a healthy side dish to kebabs, fish, grilled meat blah blah blah. Easy, yummy and sooooooo good for you!
